The Wackness

Just got to check out The Wackness. It's a coming of age story about a high school grad in New York during the summer of 1994. There is a lot of buzz about this movie because of a scene with Ben Kingsley and one of the Olsen twins gettin' it on in a phone booth. That is such a tiny part of this movie. The real draw for me was the mid-90s East Coast hiphop backbone that the movie has. It's almost like a "Juno" for the backpacker generation.

Other then Method Man's horrible Ja-fakin' accent, this was a great little movie. It will surely end up in the dvd collection.
